You should also cover your mouth and nose with a tissue if you sneeze, in order to catch the droplets. Do this into your sleeve if you don’t have tissues to hand. Dispose of the tissue immediately and wash your hands.

It’s also important that you avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth as much as possible in order to prevent you from getting infected.
